No. 1003, conveyed by William W. <br />Leach and wife, Shirley A. Leach, to James P. Miles, by deed <br />dated the 17th day of December, 1984, recorded in Vol. 679, <br />Page 71-73, of Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; <br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being in the existing <br />north boundary line of said Miles lot, said point being in <br />the existing south boundary line of Lot 2 in Block 7 of the <br />Spring Lake Addition owned by Kenneth E. Rhodes and wife, <br />Joyce A. Rhodes, said point being N 890 35' E a distance of <br />45.0 feet from proposed centerl ine survey station 48+37.91 <br />of proposed Collegiate Drive, said point also being S 890 <br />35' Wa distance of 119.7 feet from the existing northeast <br />corner of said Miles lot; <br />THENCE S 000 16' E a distance of 51.5 feet, a point, <br />said point being in the south boundary line of said Miles <br />lot, said point being in the north boundary line of Lot 4 in <br />Block 7 of the Spring Lake Addition owned by H. L. Garrett <br />and wife, Mildred Garrett; <br />THENCE S 890 34' W along the Miles-Garrett common <br />boundary line a distance of 139.1 feet, at 45.0 feet passing <br />through proposed centerline survey station 48+89.42 of <br />proposed Collegiate Drive, a point, said point being the <br />existing southwest corner of said Miles lot, said point <br />being the existing northwest corner of said Garrett lot, <br />said point also being in the east boundary 1 ine of un- <br />developed Collegiate Drive owned by the City of Paris; <br />THENCE N 000 06' East along the Miles-City of Paris <br />common boundary line a distance of 51.5 feet, a point, said <br />point being the existing northwest corner of said Miles lot, <br />said point also being the existing southwest corner of said <br />Rhodes lot; <br />THENCE N 890 35' E along the Miles-Rhodes common <br />boundary line a distance of 138.8 feet, at 93.8 feet passing <br />through centerline survey station 48+37.91 of proposed <br />Collegiate Drive, to the place of beginning and containing <br />0.164 acres, more or less. <br />
