GARRETT AND WIFE, MILDRED GARRETT <br /> <br />Being a part of Lot 4 in Block 7 of the Spring Lake <br />Addition to the City of Paris, situated in the Hiram William <br />Survey, Abst. No. 1003, conveyed by Mary Tompkins Donaldson, <br />to H. L. Garrett and wife, Mildred Garrett, by deed dated <br />the 23rd of January, 1980, recorded in Vol. 622, Page <br />603-604, of Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; <br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being in the existing <br />north boundary line of said Garrett lot, said point being in <br />the existing south boundary line of Lot 3 in Block 7 of the <br />Spring Lake Addition owned by James P. Miles, said point <br />being N 890 34' E a distance of 45.0 feet from proposed <br />centerl ine survey station 48+89.42 of proposed Collegiate <br />Drive, said point also being S 890 34' W a distance of 119.4 <br />feet from the existing northeast corner of said Garrett lot; <br />THENCE S 000 16' E a distance of 52.1 feet, a point, <br />said point being in the south boundary line of said Garrett <br />lot, said point being in the north right-of-way line of <br />undeveloped Pine Bluff Street; <br />THENCE S 0890 34' W along the Garrett-Pine Bluff Street <br />common boundary line a distance of 139.4 feet, at 45.0 feet <br />passing through proposed centerline survey station 49+41.54 <br />of proposed Collegiate Drive, a point, said point being the <br />existing southwest corner of said Garrett lot, said point <br />also being in the east boundary line of undeveloped <br />Collegiate Drive owned by the City of Paris; <br />THENCE N 000 06' E along the Garrett-City of Paris <br />common boundary line a distance of 52.1 feet, a point, said <br />point being the existing northwest corner of said Garrett <br />lot, said point being the existing southwest corner of said <br />Miles lot; <br />THENCE N 890 34' E along the Garrett-Miles common <br />boundary line a distance of 139.1 feet, at 94.1 feet passing <br />through proposed centerline survey station 48+89.42 of <br />proposed Collegiate Drive, to the place of beginning and <br />containing 0.167 acres, more or less. <br />
