DUNN AND WIFE, EDITH DUNN <br /> <br />Being a part of the East 138.5 feet of Lot 2 in Block 8 <br />of the Spring Lake Addition to the City of Paris, situated <br />in the Hiram Williams Survey, Abst. No. 1003, conveyed by <br />Joe Dodd and wi fe, I na Jackson Dodd, to Robert H. Dunn and <br />wife, Edith Dunn, by deed dated the 20th day of August, <br />1946, recorded in Vol. 281, Page 404, of Deed Records of <br />Lamar County, Texas. <br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being in the existing <br />North boundary line of said Dunn lot, said point being in <br />the existing South boundary line of Lot 1 in Block 8 of the <br />Spring Lake Addition owned by Kenneth Louis McManus and <br />wife, Kelly Jeane McManus, said point bei ng N 890 34' E a <br />distance of 45.0 feet from proposed centerline survey <br />station 50+36.62 of proposed Collegiate Drive, said point <br />also being S 890 34' W a distance of 118.4 feet from the <br />existing Northeast corner of said Dunn lot; <br />THENCE S 000 16' E a distance of 60.6 feet, a point, <br />said point being in the existing South boundary line of said <br />Dunn lot, said point being in the existing North boundary <br />line of the East 138.5 feet of Lot 3 in Block 8 of the <br />Spring Lake addition owned by Mrs. Mike W. Hampton; <br />THENCE S 890 34' W along the Dunn-Hampton common <br />boundary line a distance of 20.6 feet, a point, said point <br />being the existing Southwest corner of said Dunn lot, said <br />point being in the existing East boundary 1 ine of the West <br />120 feet of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 8 of the Spring Lake <br />Addition also owned by Robert H. Dunn and wife, Edith Dunn; <br />THENCE N 000 07' E along the Dunn-Dunn common boundary <br />line a distance of 60.6 feet, a point, said point being the <br />existing Northeast corner of the West 120 feet of Lots 2 and <br />3 in Block 8 of the Spring Lake Addition owned by Robert H. <br />Dunn and wife, Edith Dunn, said point being the existing <br />Northwest corner of the East 138.5 feet of Lot 2 in Block 8 <br />of the Spring Lake Addition also owned by Robert H. Dunn and <br />wife, Edith Dunn, said point being the existing South <br />boundary line of Lot 1 in Block 8 of the Spring Lake Addi- <br />tion owned by Kenneth McManus and wife, Kelly McManus; <br />THENCE N 890 34' E along the Dunn-McManus common <br />boundary line a distance of 20.1 feet to the place of <br />beginning and containing 0.028 acres, more or less. <br />
