HAMPTON AND WIFE, EVA HAMPTON <br /> <br />Being a part of the East 138.5 feet of Lot 3 in Block 8 <br />of the Spring Lake Addition in the City of Paris, situated <br />in the Hi ram Wi 11 i ams Survey, Abst. No. 1003, conveyed by <br />Nathan J. Bell and wife, Margie Bell, to Mike W. Hampton and <br />wi fe, Eva Hampton, by deed dated the 12th day of November, <br />1964, recorded in Vol. 423, Page 44-45, of Deed Records of <br />Lamar County, Texas. <br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being in the existing <br />North boundary line of said Hampton lot, said point being in <br />the existing South boundary line of the East 138.5 feet of <br />Lot 2 in Block 8 of Spring Lake Addition owned by Robert H. <br />Dunn and wife, Edith Dunn, said point being N 890 34' E a <br />distance of 45.0 feet from proposed centerline survey <br />station 50+97.2 of proposed Collegiate Drive, said point <br />also being S 890 34' W a distance of 117.9 feet from the <br />existing Northeast corner of said Hampton lot; <br />THENCE S 000 16' E a distance of 60.6 feet, a point, <br />said point being in the South boundary line of said Hampton <br />lot, said point being in the existing North boundary line of <br />Lot 4 in Block 8 of the Spring Lake Addition owned by L.M. <br />Hutchings; <br />THENCE S 890 34' W along the Hampton-Hutchings common <br />boundary line a distance of 21.0 feet, a point, said point <br />being the existing Southwest corner of said Hampton lot, <br />said point being in the existing East boundary line of the <br />West 120 feet of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 8 of the Spring Lake <br />Addition owned by Robert Dunn and wife, Edith Dunn; <br />THENCE N 000 07' E along the Hampton-Dunn common <br />boundary line a distance of 60.6 feet, a point, said point <br />being the existing Northwest corner of said Hampton lot, <br />said point being the existing Southwest corner of the East <br />138.5 feet of Lot 2 in Block 8 of Spring Lake Addition owned <br />by Robert Dunn and wife, Edith Dunn; <br />THENCE N 890 34' E along the Hampton-Dunn common <br />boundary line a distance of 20.6 feet to the place of <br />beginning and containing 0.029 acres, more or less. <br />
