No. 1003, conveyed by Joe Dodd and wife, Ina Jackson <br />Dodd, to Robert H. Dunn and wife, Edith Dunn, by deed dated <br />the 15th day of February 1958, recorded in Vol. 355, Page <br />516, of Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; <br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being in the existing <br />northeast corner of said Dunn Tract, said point being in the <br />existing south boundary 1 ine of Lot 1 in Block 8 of the <br />Spring Lake Addition owned by Kenneth Louis McManus and <br />wife, Kelly Jeane McManus, said point being the existing <br />northwest corner of the east 138.5 feet of Lot 2 in Block 8 <br />of the Spring Lake Addition al so owned by Robert Dunn and <br />wife, Edith Dunn, said point being N 890 34' E a distance of <br />24.9 feet from proposed centerl ine survey station 50+36.62 <br />of proposed Collegiate Drive; <br />THENCE S 000 07' W along the Dunn-Dunn common boundary <br />line a distance of 60.6 feet, a point, said point being the <br />existing southwest corner of the east 138.5 feet of Lot 2 in <br />Block 8 of the Spring Lake Addition owned by Robert H. Dunn <br />and wife, Edith Dunn, said point being the existing north- <br />west corner of the east 138.5 feet of Lot 3 in Block 8 of <br />the Spring Lake Addition owned by Mrs. Mike Hampton, said <br />point being in the existing east boundary line of the west <br />120 feet of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 8 of the Spring Lake <br />Addition owned by Robert H. Dunn and wife, Edith Dunn; <br />THENCE S 000 07' W along the Dunn-Hampton common <br />boundary line a distance of 60.6 feet, a point, said point <br />being the existing southwest corner of said Hampton lot, <br />said point being the existing southeast corner of the west <br />120 feet of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 8 of the Spring Lake <br />Addit i on owned by Robert Dunn and wife, Edith Dunn, sa i d <br />point being in the existing north boundary line of Lot 4 in <br />Block 8 of the Spring Lake Addition owned by L. M. <br />Hutchings; <br />THENCE S 890 34' W along the Dunn-Hutchings common <br />boundary line a distance of 119.9 feet, at 24.0 feet passing <br />through proposed centerline survey station 51+57.8 of <br />proposed Collegiate Drive, a point, said point being the <br />existing southwest corner of said Dunn tract, said point <br />being the existing northwest corner of said Hutchings lot, <br />said point being in the existing east boundary 1 ine of <br />undeveloped Collegiate Drive owned by the City of Paris; <br />THENCE N 000 06' E along the Dunn-City of Paris common <br />boundary line a distance of 121.2 feet, a point, said point <br />being the existing northwest corner of said Dunn tract, said <br />point being the existing southwest corner of said McManus <br />lot; <br />THENCE N 890 34' E along the Dunn-McManus common <br />boundary line a distance of 119.9 feet, at 95.1 feet passing <br />through proposed centerline survey station 50+36.62 of <br />proposed Collegiate Drive, to the place of beginning and <br />containing 0.334 acres, more or less. <br />
