<br />PARCEL 23 - ODIS NORTHAM AND WIFE, BOBBY NORTHAM <br /> <br />Being a part of a small tract of land, same being the <br />East 138.5 feet of Lots 6 and 7 in the Spring Lake Addition <br />to the City of Paris, situated in the Hiram Williams Survey, <br />Abst. No. 1003, conveyed by Clyde W. Kirkland and wife, <br />Betty L. Kirkland, to Odis Northam and wife, Bobby Northam, <br />by deed dated the 11th day of February, 1980, recorded in <br />Vol. 622, Page 690-692, of Deed Records of Lamar County, <br />Texas. <br />BEGINNING at a point, said point being in the existing <br />North boundary line of said Northam tract, said point being <br />in the existing South boundary line of Lot 5 in Block 8 of <br />the Spring Lake Addition owned by Calvin L. Furgerson and <br />wife, Bertha Mae Furgerson, said point being in a curve to <br />the left whose radius is 1100.92 feet and whose tangent at <br />this point bears S 050 29' E, said point being N 890 27' E a <br />distance of 45.2 feet from proposed centerline survey <br />station 52+78.71 of proposed Collegiate Drive, said point <br />being S 890 27' W a distance of 112.2 feet from the existing <br />Northeast corner of said Northam tract; <br />THENCE in a Southerly direction along said curve to the <br />left a distance of 100.8 feet, a point, said point being the <br />end of said curve to the left whose tangent at this point <br />bears S 100 44' E; <br />THENCE S 510 18' E a distance of 30.6 feet, a point, <br />said point being in the existing South boundary line of said <br />Northam tract, said point being in the existing North <br />right-of-way line of existing Price Street; <br />THENCE S 880 39' W along the Northam-Price Street <br />common boundary line a distance of 64.7 feet, a point, said <br />point being the existing Southwest corner of said Northam <br />tract, said point being the existing Southeast corner of a <br />part of Lots 6 and 7 in Block 8 of the Spring Lake addition <br />also owned by Odis Northam and wife, Bobbie Northam; <br />THENCE N 000 06' E along the Northam-Northam common <br />boundary line a distance of 120.1 feet, a point, said point <br />being the existing Northwest corner of the East 138.5 feet <br />of Lots 6 and 7 of Block 8 owned by said Northam, said point <br />being the existing Northeast corner of a part of Lots 6 and <br />7 of Block 8 also owned by said Northam, said point being in <br />the existing South boundary line of said Furgerson lot; <br />THENCE N 890 27' E along the Northam-Furgerson common <br />boundary line a distance of 26.3 feet to the place of <br />beginning and containing 0.099 acres, more or less. <br />
