No. 1003, conveyed by Charley Jones and wife, Dora <br />Faye Jones, to Odis H. Northam and wife, Bobbie Jean <br />Northam, by deed dated the 22nd day of July, 1970, recorded <br />in Vol. 515, Page 407-408, of Deed Records of Lamar County, <br />Texas; <br />BEGINNING at a point, said pOint being the existing <br />northwest corner of said Northam tract, said point being in <br />the existing south boundary line of Lot 5 in Block 8 of the <br />Spring Lake Addition owned by Calvin L. Furgerson and wife, <br />Bertha Mae Furgerson, said point also being S 890 27' W a <br />distance of 41.2 feet from proposed centerline survey <br />station 52+78.71 of proposed Collegiate Drive; <br />THENCE N 89027' E along the Northam-Furgerson common <br />boundary line a distance of 60.0 feet, at 41.2 feet passing <br />through proposed centerline survey station 52+78.71 of <br />proposed Collegiate Drive, a point, said point being the <br />existing northeast corner of said Northam tract, said point <br />being the northwest corner of the east 138.5 feet of Lots 6 <br />and 7 in Block 8 also owned by Odis H. Northam and wife, <br />Bobbie Jean Northam; <br />THENCE S 000 06' W along the Northam-Northam common <br />boundary line a distance of 120.1 feet, a point, said point <br />being the existing southeast corner of said Northam tract, <br />said point being the existing southwest corner of the east <br />138.5 feet of Lots 6 and 7 in Block 8 also owned by said <br />Northam, said point being in the existing north right-of-way <br />line of existing Price Street; <br />THENCE S 880 39' W along the Northam-Price Street <br />common boundary 1 ine a distance of 60.0 feet, at 1.1 feet <br />passing through proposed centerline survey station 54+00.02 <br />of proposed Collegiate Drive, a point, said point being the <br />existing southwest corner of said Northam lot, said point <br />being the existing southeast corner of the west 60 feet of <br />Lots 6 and 7 in Block 8 owned by Ollie L. Kirkland; <br />THENCE N 000 06' E along the Northam-Kirkland common <br />boundary 1 ine a distance of 121.0 feet to the place of <br />beginning and containing 0.166 acres, more or less. <br />
