e. Ron is working on a way to give a staff appreciation and is discussing that with <br />the Friends. <br />f. Eva noted that she's excited to see all of Tim DeGhelder's programs come to <br />fruition. <br />g. Steve challenged Ron to try new things. He noted that Tim brought an <br />atmosphere of team empowerment and the staff and library has momentum, so <br />that needs to keep going. Ron stated that he is continuing in that direction and <br />working to set everything up for the new director to go forward. Ron stated, <br />"This library is a lot more than its building.
