14. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the K&S Investments Cherry Street <br />Addition CB 227E, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD Property ID 17643, located at 1958 E <br />Cherry Street. <br />Derrick Dacus (City of Paris Engineering Technician) <br />City Staff recommendation: Due to the number of issues and the nature of some <br />of these issues Staff recommends denial of this preliminary plat. <br />Motion made by Chad Lindsey, seconded by Austin Anthony, to follow staff <br />recommendation with stated reasons. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />Discussion of new rules or rules that have not been followed in the past. Andrew <br />explained new laws 2 years ago and that with Councils instruction the Building <br />permit requirements are being closely looked at. Members explained that in the <br />years they have been on the commission they have had every few denials and now <br />they have several in one meeting. They were just questioning the events that lead <br />to these denials. These seems to be related to one surveyor. <br />15. Consideration and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Davidson Addition CB250, <br />Lot 1, Block A, LCAD Property ID 53721, located at 891 Clement Rd. <br />Derrick Dacus (City of Paris Engineering Technician) <br />City Staff recommendation: Preliminary and Final Plat be approved with the <br />conditions of the issues in the staff report are addresses. <br />Motion made by Clifton Fendley, seconded by Sims Norment, to follow staff <br />recommendation with conditions applied. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />16. Consideration and action on the Final Plat of the Davidson Addition CB 250, Lot 1, <br />Block A, LCAD Property ID 53721, located at 891 Clement Rd. <br />Derrick Dacus (City of Paris Engineering Technician) <br />City Staff recommendation: Preliminary and Final Plat be approved with the <br />conditions of the issues in the staff report are addresses. <br />Motion made by Clifton Fendley, seconded by Tylesha Ross -Mosley, to follow <br />staff recommendation with conditions applied.
