She requested to fill the empty transom window <br />bays on the front of 131 Lamar with wooden custom built transoms windows that will match <br />the existing windows. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Matthews to approve the removal of the air <br />conditioners and relocate them to the back of the property and to install custom wooden <br />windows in the transoms above 131 Lamar Ave. Motion was seconded by <br />Cody Kelly submitted all the documentation to finalize the fagade grant and tax exemption <br />for his house located at 508 Church Street: <br />A motion was made to approve the tax exemption by Commissioner Emmite, seconded by <br />Commissioner Coyle motion carried. <br />A motion was made to approve the $1000 fagade grant for the restoration of the windows in <br />the house located at 508 Church Street by Commissioner Vandiver, seconded by <br />
