C. <br />1990 W Shiloh <br />D. <br />1167 Grove <br />E. <br />1754 Hubbard <br />F. <br />708 SE 6th <br />G. <br />336 E Hearon <br />Commissioner Coyle made the motion to approve all the houses be passed to Building and <br />Standards Commission for review as they cannot be rehabilitated, or designated as a local <br />historic landmark. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Matthews, motion carried. <br />Cheri Bedford gave updates on approved certificates of appropriateness. She reported that <br />District 5 Councilwoman Knox, Commissioner Coyle, along with herself would be attending <br />the NAPC Conference in Cincinnati. They are very excited to learn and share with the others <br />upon their return. <br />There will be a meet and greet with the Pine Bluff/Fitzhugh residents on Wednesday July 20. <br />Ryan O'Carroll, the intern for the summer is working on the details for the designation as <br />well as a Cultural Arts District. <br />Hearing no other business Chairman Dux called for a motion to adjourn. Commissioner <br />Emmite made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Long, Motion carried. <br />Meeting dismissed at 4:45 p.m. <br />2022 <br />i Dux <br />
