contract documents, Consultant will notify the Contractor of such non-compliance and instruct him to <br />correct the deficiency and/or stop work, as appropriate for the situation. Consultant will also record the <br />observance, the discussion, and the actions taken. If the Contractor continues without satisfactory <br />corrective action, Consultant will notify the Owner immediately, so that appropriate action under the <br />Owner's contract with the Contractor can be taken. <br />The proposed fee for construction services is based on a 720 -calendar -day construction contract <br />performance time. If the construction time to substantial completion extends beyond the time established <br />in this agreement, and the Owner wants Consultant to continue the applicable Construction Phase <br />Services, the Owner will pay Consultant an additional fee agreed to by the Owner and Consultant. <br />1.3. SCADA Programming <br />Garver will provide SCADA Application Engineering services to implement plant -wide process control of <br />the Construction Package 1 WWTP improvements designed under Amendment 1. Services include new <br />SCADA system software configuration, programming of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), <br />development of human machine interface (HMI) graphics, and on-site startup support as described <br />below. <br />• Develop new graphic screens using FactoryTalk View Site Edition software to monitor and control <br />the wastewater treatment plant from a central location in the control room. Screens will be <br />developed with features as identified in the construction documents. Some systems will be <br />provided with manufacturer supplied vendor control panels and associated local graphic screens. <br />For these systems, Garver will develop FactoryTalk graphic screens to capture key variables to <br />be monitored from the central SCADA system. Anticipated screens to be developed include: <br />a. Overview <br />b. Plant Influent Splitter Box <br />C. Primary Clarifiers <br />d. Primary Sludge Pump Station <br />e. Aeration Basins <br />f. Aeration Blowers <br />g. Final Clarifiers <br />h. Scum Pump Station <br />i. RAS/WAS Pump Station <br />j. Parshall Flume <br />k. NPW Pump Station <br />I. Sludge Holding Tanks <br />m. Dewatering Station <br />n. Septage Receiving & Recycle Flow Pump Station <br />o. Trends — maximum of (10) predefined and (1) user -defined <br />p. Alarms — maximum of 200 <br />Develop PLC programming to implement process control strategies as defined in the <br />construction documents for the Main Plant PLC, Blower Facility PLC, and Sludge Tanks <br />Blower Facility. <br />Configure and test redundant server configuration for SCADA software. <br />Appendix A - Scope of Services <br />Amendment 2 3 of 6 Version 3 <br />City of Paris WWTP Improvements <br />
