<br />BLACK 8< VEATC", <br /> <br />5. Review the capacity of the City's existing wastewater <br />treatment facilities and ability of the existing aerobic <br />digestion system to handle the sludges generated in the <br />bio-towers. <br /> <br />6. The following estimates will be provided by May 7, 1984: <br /> <br />a. Estimate of probable construction cost for the <br />proposed facilities. <br /> <br />b. An estimate of equipment costs. <br /> <br />7. A final report, acceptable for submittal to the Texas <br />Department of Water Resources and Environmental <br />Protection Agency will be provided by May 21, 1984. <br /> <br />8. Attend a maximum of four meetings with State agencies <br />and/or Environmental Protection Agency. <br /> <br />9. Any additional work resulting from meetings with the <br />Environmental Protection Agency will be covered with <br />a Change of Scope. <br /> <br />10. No work is to be performed outside the Scope of this <br />document unless authorized. No expenditure of funds <br />above the guaranteed maximum contract sum will be <br />made without authorization of the City and Campbell <br />Taggart . <br /> <br />B. Supplementary Services <br /> <br />1. Any additional work required by the City or that is not <br />included in one of the items listed above will be clas- <br />sified as Supplemental Services. <br /> <br />2. Supplemental Services shall include but are not limited to: <br /> <br />a. Supplemental engineering work required to meet the <br />requirements of regulatory or funding agencies that <br />become effective subsequent to the date of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />b. Special consultants requested or authorized by the City.. <br /> <br />c. Surveys and preparation of right-of-way or property <br />descriptions for use in the Study. <br /> <br />d. Geotechnical engineering services, including exploratory <br />work, laboratory testing, and professional interpretations <br />of exploratory and test data. <br /> <br />e. Additions to this report to update or revise <br />original recommendations. <br /> <br />C-2 <br />
