TRACT 1 <br />Situated about 4� miles North 36 degrees East from the <br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; being a part of the John <br />Wilson Survey, Abstract No. 981 and being a part of a 9.0 <br />acre tract described as Fourth Tract in an Affidavit of <br />Rosie Randall, dated February 15, 1952, recorded in Volume <br />328, Page 19, Lamar County Deed Records. <br />BEGINNING at a Bois 'd Arc stake found for corner at <br />the Northeast corner of said Fourth Tract; <br />THENCE South 00 degrees 31 minutes East along the East <br />boundary line of said Fourth Tract, 365.92 feet to a point; <br />THENCE South 85 degrees 57 minutes West along a fence <br />line, 401.64 feet to its corner in the East boundary line of <br />Stillhouse Road; <br />THENCE North 04 degrees 09 minutes West, 354.07 feet <br />and North 01 degrees 52 minutes West, 38.64 feet along a <br />fence line and along the East boundary line of Stillhouse <br />Road to the Northwest corner of said Fourth Tract; <br />THENCE North 89 degrees 40 minutes East along the North <br />boundary line of said Fourth Tract, 424.25 feet to the place <br />of beginning containing 3.60 acres of land. <br />
