IL <br />TRACT 3A <br />Situated about 4z miles North 36 degrees East from the <br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; being a part of the John <br />Wilson Survey, Abstract No. 981 and being the same property <br />described in a Deed from Elizabeth C. Thompson to Jim N. <br />Thompson, dated November 2, 1981, recorded in Volume 639, <br />Page 694, Lamar County Deed Records. <br />BEGINNING at a Bois 'd Arc stake found for corner at <br />the Northeast corner of said Thompson Tract, near an exist- <br />ing fence corner; <br />THENCE South 01 degrees 43 minutes East along the East <br />boundary line of said Thompson Tract and along a partial <br />fence line, 427.15 feet to a point; <br />THENCE South 87 degrees 05 minutes West along the South <br />boundary line of said Thompson Tract and along a fence line, <br />362.44 feet to its corner in the East boundary line of <br />Stillhouse Road; <br />THENCE North 06 degrees 20 minutes West along the West <br />boundary line of said Thompson Tract, along the East <br />boundary line of Stillhouse Road and along a fence line, <br />430.52 feet to a fence corner; <br />THENCE North 87 degrees 28 minutes East along the North <br />boundary line of said Thompson Tract and along a fence line, <br />397.08 feet to the place of beginning containing 3.73 acres <br />of land. <br />TRACT 3B <br />Situated about 4� miles North 36 degrees East from the <br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; being a part of the John <br />Wilson Survey, Abstract No. 981 and being a part of a <br />100.975 acre tract described in a Deed form G. C. Darnell <br />and wife, Lela May. Darnell to the Veterans' Land Board of <br />Texas, dated May 27, 1959, recorded in Volume 360, Page 457, <br />Lamar County Deed Records. <br />BEGINNING that the Southwest corner of said Veterans' <br />Land Board Tract; <br />THENCE North 01 degrees 43 minutes West along the West <br />boundary line of said Veterans' Land Board Tract, 427.15 <br />feet to a point; <br />THENCE North 00 degrees 31 minutes West along the West <br />boundary line of said Veterans' Land Board Tract, 429.52 <br />feet to the Northwest corner of said Veterans' Land Board <br />Tract; <br />THENCE North 88 degrees 38 minutes East along the North <br />boundary line of said Veterans' Land Board Tract, 654.14 <br />feet to a point; <br />THENCE South, 853.55 feet to a point in the South <br />boundary line of said Veterans' Land Board Tract; <br />THENCE South 88 degrees 21 minutes West along the South <br />boundary line of said Veterans' Land Board Tract, 637.56 <br />feet to the place of beginning containing 12.72 acres of <br />land. <br />
