TRACT 4 <br />Situated about 4� miles North 36 degrees East from the <br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; being a part of the <br />Wesley Askins Survey, Abstract No. 7 and being a part of a <br />33.291 acre tract described in a Deed form James A. Miles <br />and wife, Patsy Jo Miles to the Veterans' Land Board of <br />Texas, dated September 29, 1971, recorded in Volume 529, <br />Page 661, Lamar County Deed Records. <br />BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Veterans' <br />Land Board Tract, said point being in the East boundary line <br />of Stillhouse Road; <br />THENCE North 87 degrees 05 minutes East along the North <br />boundary line of said Veterans' Land Board Tract, 362.44 <br />feet to a point; <br />THENCE North 88 degrees 21 minutes East along the North <br />boundary line of said Veterans' Land Board Tract, 637.56 <br />feet to a point; <br />THENCE South, 635.15 feet to a point; <br />THENCE West, 1044.84 feet to a point in the West <br />boundary line of said Veterans' Land Board Tract, said point <br />also being in the East boundary line of Stillhouse Road; <br />THENCE North 4 degrees 21 minutes East along the West <br />boundary line of said Veteran's Land Board Tact and the East <br />boundary line of Stillhouse Road, 600.00 feet to the place <br />of beginning containing 14.52 acres of land. <br />TRACT 5 <br />Situated about 41-2 miles North 36 degrees East from the <br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; being a part of the <br />Thomas Askins Survey, Abstract No. 6 and being a fractional <br />part of the John Wilson Survey, Abstract No. 981; and being <br />a part of a 67.35 acre tract described in a Deed from Travis <br />Grayson to Dee Hoskins and wife, dated September 26, 1983, <br />recorded in Volume 663, Page 253, Lamar County Deed Records. <br />BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said 67.35 acre <br />tract, said point being in the West boundary line of <br />Stillhouse Road; <br />THENCE North 87 degrees 37 minutes West along the South <br />boundary line of said Hoskins Tract and along a fence line, <br />348.88 feet to a point in the center of a branch of Pine <br />Creek; <br />THENCE along the center of said branch, North 16 <br />degrees 14 minutes East, 103.00 feet to a point; <br />THENCE South 87 degrees 37 minutes East, 313.03 feet to <br />a point in the West boundary line of Stillhouse Road; <br />THENCE along the West boundary line of Stillhouse Road <br />and along the East boundary line of said Hoskins Tract, <br />South 04 degrees 00 minutes East, 100.63 feet to the place <br />of beginning containing 0.76 acres of land. <br />
