A motion to approve the Comprehensive Plan Amendment was made by Austin Anthony, <br />seconded by Chance Abbott. Motion carried 6-0. <br />5. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Bruce Pearson for a <br />change in zoning from a Commercial District (C) to a Multi -Family District No. 1 (MF - <br />1) in the City of Paris, Block 127, Part of Lot 3, containing 125 ft. of LCAD 16081 +/- <br />0.84 Acre (35,380 sf) located in the 800 Block of W Kaufman Street. <br />Mack presented the item to commissioners with staff recommendation to approve the <br />request. The public hearing was declared open. With no one speaking, the public hearing <br />was declared closed. <br />A motion to approve the zoning change was made by Austin Anthony, seconded by <br />Francine Neeley. Motion carried 6-0. <br />Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Asay & Sons <br />Construction, LLC for a change in zoning from a Two -Family Dwelling District (2F) to a <br />Four -Family Dwelling District (4F) in the City of Paris, Block 32-B, Lot 1-A thru 1-K, <br />located in the 1000 Block of Pine Bluff Street-LCAD 13823. <br />Mack advised there is no presentation, public hearing nor action to be taken on this item <br />at this time due to a technical error. The public hearing will be opened and held over to <br />the special P&Z meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 13, 2022. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />No action at this time. <br />Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the PUD 61 Addition, Lot 1, Block A, <br />LCAD Property 14462, located at 455 NE 6th Street. <br />Mack presented the item to commissioners stating that engineering has reviewed the final <br />plat and recommends approval with the following conditions: <br />1. All preliminary plat comments shall be satisfactorily addressed (Chapter 9, <br />Exhibit A, Section V). <br />2. The field notes do not match the dimensions listed on the plans. In the fourth <br />paragraph, "Thence S 89°39'02 " W with the South.... " Does not match the <br />bounds "S 89°32'02" W. " One of these shall be selected and corrected (Chapter <br />9, Exhibit A, Section V(7)). <br />3. Please note the minimum finished floor elevation (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section <br />V (8)). <br />4. The dedication of additional ROW along 6th St NE shall be adjusted. The <br />owner of this property currently owns property up to the existing 40' ROW, and <br />so this shall be indicated on the plans with a line and found or set pins. Then, the <br />5' dedication shall be noted with an additional set of pins and a solid line on the <br />plans (as currently shown.) The plans shall show both the existing property <br />
