Regular Agenda <br />8. Receive presentation about Credit Access Businesses, and provide direction to staff. <br />9. Discuss and act on an increase in the City of Paris' monthly health insurance contribution <br />by $30.00 a month per employee, from $565.00 to $595.00 per employee per month <br />effective January 1, 2023. <br />10. Presentation of bids for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Project and potential utility rate <br />increases necessary to support the project. <br />11. Discuss and act on meeting dates for November and December. <br />12. Discuss an agreement with Greater Paris Development Foundation regarding access to <br />the 4th Street S.W. Lift Station Road for inclusion in the Northeast Texas Trail, and <br />provide direction to staff. <br />13. Convene into executive session pursuant to: <br />A. Section 551.071 of the Texas Government code, Consultation with Attorney, to <br />receive legal advice from the City Attorney about (1) pending or contemplated <br />litigation and/or (2) on matters in which the duty of an attorney to her client under <br />the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas <br />clearly conflict with this chapter, to -wit: Carico v. City of Paris. <br />B. Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate the appointment, <br />employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public <br />officer or employee as follows: annual evaluation of the city manager. <br />C.
