BUDGET: <br />Although we will be acquiring two new solutions, no additional funds will need to be budgeted, <br />as monthly expenses for these services will reduce with this proposal by an estimated $2,044.55 <br />per month ($24,534.60 annually) allowing a cost savings. Both products are separate and distinct <br />from one another, we happen to be addressing both at the same time and with the same company.. <br />Therefore, procurement is satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The staff recommendation is to acquire these two new services, UCaaS and SD WAN, and <br />implement these solutions to ensure continuity of service to our employees and to our citizens. <br />
