1. PROJECT EXECUTION AND METHODOLOGY <br />Project Objective <br />It will be the objective of ArchiTexas to conduct a comprehensive city- <br />wide survey of historic resources for the City of Paris, Texas and to <br />document these resources in an organized concise graphic package. In <br />addition, ArchiTexas will complete and submit a Multiple- Resource <br />Nomination of qualifying individual structures to the National Register of <br />Historic Places based upon the recommendations made in the survey. <br />Beyond the Historic Resources Survey, ArchiTexas will produce in a <br />written and visual format planning recommendations for action, <br />preservation planning and civic actions which can preserve and perpetuate <br />the community's own special identity. <br />It will be a primary goal of ArchiTexas to involve local community <br />leaders and interested residents throughout the project including County <br />Historical Commission, civic groups and the City Council. <br />Project Team <br />ARCHITEXAS, a Dallas based Architecture, Planning and Urban -Design <br />firm will be the lead consultant of the project team. ArchiTexas will <br />coordinate the entire survey and National Register Nomination and will <br />be responsible for progress reporting to the Director of Community <br />Development and the Paris Main Street Manager as well as the Texas <br />Historic Commission. . <br />A.
