<br />We are pleased to announce on behalf of the Texas Historical Commission
<br />that a grant of $15,000 has been allocated for the City Wide Survey of
<br />Paris and a Multiple-Resource Nomination. '
<br />
<br />To remain eligible for this grant allocation, it is necessary for the
<br />project coordinator and the project professional to jointly attend a grant
<br />orientation sessioo. These sessions will be held with the commission staff
<br />members who will be working with you on this project and are designed to
<br />familiarize you with the continuing granting process. ,A, Project Proposal,
<br />the fornlulation of which will be disc~ssed at the orientation session, will
<br />then need to be prepared and sul:rni tted to the Comnission before final grant
<br />ap?roval ("-3n be made.

<br />These grant orientation sessions will be held in the next few rronths.
<br />Failure to attend one of the sessions and to submit the Project Proposal
<br />before commencement of work on this project will be cause for this grant
<br />allocation to revert to the Texas Historical Carrnission for reallocation to
<br />another project. It is, therefore, imp:.1rtant that upon receipt of this
<br />letter you contact Kenneth Breisch or cTennie Reinhardt at (512) 475-3094 to
<br />arrange the necessary grant orientation session.

<br />Please note that no work should begin prior to your grant orientation
<br />session and the receipt of the written approval from the Texas Historical
