The Contractor shall conduct reviews pursuant to Art. 6145, V.T.C.S. <br />-and Sec. 106, P.L. 89-665, as may bc~ periodically rc'cI\Just:ccl by the Connnis.c;ion for <br />the purpose of determining impact OIl historical properties. <br /> <br />See. 6. The completed survey f onns, contac t sheets, label sheets, rho to- <br />graphic negatives, and tinal report generated by the work of tl1e Contractor <br />under the provisions of this Agreement shall be the property of the Corrnnission. <br />The Commission shall be permitted access to all notes, photographic negatives, <br />color slides, and other materials generated as a result of this contract, but <br />will return to the Contractor all materials not required for fulfillment of this <br />contract by the Commission. <br /> <br />Sec. 7. The staff employed by the Contractor shall meet the criteria for <br />employment as prescribed by the Commission. The Contractor shall keep accurate financial records available for <br />audit by the Corrunission or by Federal auditors at all times j.n Clccordance h':ith <br />Federal Management Circulars A .87 and or'ill A 102 (Revised) and the Grants t'-bn<_lgement <br />}1anual of the Office of Archeology and Historic Preservation, National Park Service, <br />U.S. Department of the Interior. <br /> <br />Sec. 9. All grant funds shall be spent in the manner and amounts specified <br />in the approved detailed Budget, a copy of \.\Thi,ch is attached to this document as <br />Attachment IV. <br /> <br />Sec. 10. The survey work covered by thLj Agreement shall begin :3eptQtl1ber!1 <br />19 84, and be completed by July 31 _. 19.JJ1.' If for any reason <br />th;-:Survey work is not completed by such date or if this Agreement is cancelll':d <br />due to Contractor's default, then all amounts paid under tilis Agreement shall he <br />immediately due and repayable to the Commission. It is further agreed that all <br />materials stipulated in Sections 3 nnd 6 and a]_1_ reimbttrsernent rcq\lcsts be <br />SUb!11itted to the Commission by August 'j 1.. 191~:) <br /> <br />Sec. 11. All documents referred Lo herein are hereby speciLLcally adopted <br />as part of this Agreement, as is set forth herein. <br />
