<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />KNIO� AL '17,N' BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That, TEXAS UTILITIES ELECTRIC COMPANY, a Texas corporation
<br />acting by and through a duly authorized officer of TEXAS POWER & LIGHT
<br />COMPANY, a division of such corporation, for and in consideration of
<br />the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable con-
<br />sideration, to me in hand paid by the CITY OF PARIS, Texas, receipt
<br />of which is hereby acknowledged, and for which no lien, expressed or
<br />implied, is hereby retained, has Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by
<br />these presents does Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said CITY OF
<br />PARIS, P.O. Box 1037, Paris, Texas 75460, the following described real
<br />property in Lamar County, Texas, to -wit:
<br />All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land containing 9.45 acres of land,
<br />more or less, out of the Larkin Rattan Survey, Abstract No. 778, Lamar County,
<br />Texas, described in deed from Paris $ Mt. Pleasant RR Co. to Texas Power 6
<br />Light Company, as now of record in Volume 505, Page 487, Deed Records of Lamar
<br />County, Texas; the tract hereby conveyed being more particularly described by
<br />metes and bounds as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the above referred to 9.45
<br />acre tract of land, said point also being the East right of way line of
<br />Eighth Street (formerly Lavaca St.);
<br />THENCE North with the East right of way line of Eighth Street
<br />(formerly Lab3ca St.), 100 feet to point for corner;
<br />THENCE East 381 feet to point for corner;
<br />THENCE North 100 feet to point for corner;
<br />THENCE East 453 feet to point for corner;
<br />THENCE North 75 feet, more or less, to point for corner;
<br />THENCE West 197 feet to point for corner;
<br />THENCE with a curve to the left, a distance of 826 feet, more
<br />or less, to a point for corner, said point also being the South right
<br />of way line of T 6 P Railway;
<br />THENCE South with the South right of way line of the T B P Rail-
<br />way, 840 00' East, 600 feet to point for corner;
<br />THENCE South 392 feet to point for corner;
<br />THENCE with a curve to the left, a distance of 510 feet to a
<br />point for corner;
<br />THENCE East 178 feet to point for corner, said point also being
<br />the West right of way line of Twelfth Street (formerly Webb St.);
<br />THENCE South with the West right of way line of Twelfth Street
<br />(formerly Webb St.), 111 feet to point for corner;
<br />THENCE West, 608 feet to point for corner;
<br />THENCE South 1p feet to point for corner;
<br />THENCE West 834 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, located as above
<br />described and containing 9.45 acres of land, more or'less.
