SUBJECT TO the hior tgage and Deed of Trust from Texas Power <br />& Light Company to Republic National Bank, now Republic- <br />Bank Dallas, Trustee, dated May 1, 1945, and all supple- <br />mental indentures thereto, and further subject to the <br />Mortgage and Deed of Trust from Texas Utilities Electric <br />Company to Irving Trust Company, Trustee dated December <br />1, 1983. <br />GRANTOR RESERVES AND EXCEPTS for itself, its successors and assigns, <br />an easement and rights of way for one or more electric power lines and <br />communication lines, each consisting of a variable number of wires, <br />and all necessary and desirable appurtenances and attachments, in- <br />cluding poles, H- frames, metal towers, guy wires and guy anchorages, <br />over and across portions of the above - described tract being more <br />particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land containing 0.854 acres <br />of land, being a part of a 9.45 acre tract of land, more or less, out of the <br />Larkin Rattan Survey, Abstract No. 778, Lamar County, Texas; described in <br />deed from Paris P, Mt. Pleasant R.R. Company to Texas Power 6 Light Company, <br />as now of record in Volume S05, Page 487, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; <br />the tract hereby conveyed being more particularly described by metes and bounds <br />as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the above referred to 9.45 acre <br />tract of land, said point also being in the East tight of way line of Eighth <br />Street (formerly Lavaca Street); <br />THENCE North with the East right of way line of Eighth Street, 30 <br />feet to a point for corner; <br />THENCE East 1,442 feet to point for corner; said point also being the <br />West right of way line of Twelfth Street (formerly Webb Street); <br />THENCE South with the West right of way line of Twelfth Street (formerly <br />Webb Street) 20 feet to point for corner; said point also being the Southeast <br />corner of the above referred to 9.45 acre tract of land; <br />THENCE West with the south boundary line of the above referred to 9.45 <br />acre tract of land 608 feet to point for corner; <br />THENCE South 10 feet to point for corner; <br />THENCE West 834 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING located as above described <br />and containing 0.854 acres of land. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with <br />all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise <br />belonging unto the said CITY OF PARIS, Texas, and binds its successors <br />and assigns forever; and TEXAS UTILITIES ELECTRIC COMPANY hereby <br />binds itself, its successors and assigns to Warrant and Forever Defend <br />all and singular the said permises unto said CITY OF PARIS, Texas, its <br />successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully <br />claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof. <br />EXECUTED at Dallas, Texas, this p day of 1984. <br />TEXAS POLtiER & LIGHT COMPANY <br />a division of TEXAS UTILITIES <br />ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />By _ _f- <br />V'cesident <br />WARRANTY DEED - g <br />
