The commission reviewed project photos and complimented the property owners on <br />their project. Commissioner Holtman made the motion to approve the Certificate of <br />Appropriateness as presented. Commissioner Vandiver seconded the motion. Motion Carried. <br />Commissioner Matthews made the motion to approve the requestfor a Tax Exemptionfor the <br />Rehabilitation ofHistoric Propertiesfor 648 3rd SE. Commissioner Emmite seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr Munoz represented the application for the property located at 726 W. Sherman. The <br />application included the relocation and removal of windows and a second front door entry. He <br />explained that he was unaware when he purchased the home that it was a historic distriUMIMM <br />The property reviewed the reason for changes on the house, and the relocation of doors and <br />windows to create a mor,--eXWigt- <br />the relief profile of the clapboard siding repair will match.
