Approve an agreement with Pridemore Construction in the amount of $88,490.00, for the <br />southern boat ramp construction project at Lake Crook. <br />10. Approve RESOLUTION NO. 2022-068: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, LAMAR COUNTY, TEXAS ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL <br />FROM GRANTWORKS, INC. FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR THE <br />TDHCA HOME PROGRAM; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GRANTWORKS, INC.; <br />MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; <br />AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />11. Accept the base bid of $134,940.00 and bid alternates for the construction of two -single <br />family homes through the HOME Program from RM Quality Construction, and authorize <br />the City Manager to negotiate and execute all necessary documents. <br />12. Approve the Final Plat of the Jamar Estates Addition CB 170C, Lot 1, Block A, located <br />at 2300 Block of Church Street. <br />Re ,ular Agenda <br />13. Discuss and act on an Agreement with Thalle Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of <br />$62,852,642.00 for Phase 1 Construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Project; and <br />authorize the city Manager to execute all necessary documents. <br />Utilities Director Doug Harris said City Council unanimously awarded the bid to Thalle <br />Construction Co., Inc. for Phase 1 construction of the wastewater treatment plant project in the <br />amount of $65,118,950.00. He said subsequently Council approved change order #l, reducing <br />the Thalle Construction Col., Inc. bid to $62,852.632.00, approved an ordinance adjusting utility <br />rates, and approved an ordinance issuing new long term funding to support construction of the <br />project. Mr. Harris said Staff recommended authorizing the City Manager to sign the agreement <br />with Thalle Construction Co., Inc. <br />A Motion to approve this item was made by Council Member Pankaj and seconded by <br />Council Member Knox. Motion carried, 6 ayes — 0 nays. <br />
