<br />Grant money in the amount of $1,000.00 each less taxes to Carol Hill, Rachelle
<br />Nash, and Debra Rhodes for distributing supplies and meeting the grant requirements
<br />and $4,773.74 less taxes to Gina Prestridge for writing to receive the grant money.

<br />7) Mrs. Prestridge advised the board that, at the suggestion of our outside
<br />auditors at Malnory, McNeal & Company firm, that several additional signers
<br />have been added to the First Federal bank account and the Chairman of
<br />the board will also sign any checks in the amount over $15,000. In addition to any bonus
<br />checks awarded to the Executive Director, unless directly deposited. First Federal Bank
<br />signers now include G. Prestridge, C. King, C. Hill, A. Green, A. Justiss, E. Neeley, Dr. R.
<br />W. Putnam. Also, the pledged securities amount has been increased to $3,500.000. on
<br />the First Federal account to cover the Paris -Lamar County Health District account
<br />balance. Mrs. Prestridge advised that the company credit cards have to be signed out by
<br />Cheryl King or herself with prior approval. Mrs. Prestridge advised the state audit was
<br />closed and the single audit has been submitted to the Clearing House with 4 findings
<br />and corrective action plan written by Mrs. Prestridge and accepted.
<br />8) Ms. Bellene, Ms. Davis, and Ms. Pirtle approved and initialed the July 30, 2022
<br />bank statement.
<br />9) Gina presented the board with reports from July 2022 showing the total number of
<br />clients served, the number of restaurant and septic inspections and balance sheet
<br />dated August 15, 2022.
<br />10) Time and place of next meeting will be Monday, September 19th, 2022 @ 5:30
<br />p.m.
<br />11) Ms. Bellene made the motion and was seconded by Dr. Hurt for the meeting to
<br />be adjourned at 5:56 p.m. Motion carried. 6 yays, 0 nays.
