1. 1. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Kevin Clarkson for a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Medium Density <br />Residential (MDR) in the Gibbons -Braden Addition, Block 5, Lot 4-A & 5, LCAD 11558, <br />located at 1244 SE 14`h Street. <br />Mack presented the item to commissioners with staff recommendation to approve the <br />comprehensive plan amendment. <br />The public hearing was declared open. With no one speaking the public hearing was declared <br />closed. <br />A motion to approve the comprehensive plan amendment was made by Michael Mosher, <br />seconded by Austin Anthony. Motion carried 5-0. <br />12. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Kevin Clarkson for a change <br />in zoning from a One -Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) to a Two -Family .Dwelling <br />District (2F) in the Gibbons -Braden Addition, Block 5, Lot 4-A & 5, LCAD 1.1.558, located at <br />1244 SE 14`h Street. <br />Mack presented the item to commissioners with his recommendation to approve the zoning <br />change. <br />The public hearing was declared open. With no one speaking the public hearing is declared <br />closed. <br />A motion to approve the zoning change was made by Michael Mosher, seconded by Austin <br />Anthony. Motion carried 5-0. <br />13. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Jamar Estates Addition CB <br />170C, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD Property 100243, located at 2300 Block of Church Street. <br />Mack presented the item to commissioners with engineering recommendation to approve the <br />preliminary plat with the following conditions: <br />1. Please verify accuracy of scale and dimensions. (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section IV (4)) a. It was <br />noted that several called dimensions did not scale appropriately. <br />2. Please provide a reference for the 120' Church Street ROW. (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section 1V <br />(5)) <br />3. Based on aerial photography, the gravel parking lot appears to extend much deeper into the <br />property than is shown on the plat. (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section 1V (6)) <br />4. Please show existing features such as power poles, gas meter, and trees. (Chapter 9, Exhibit <br />A, Section IV (6)) <br />
