5. Please show additional manhole located on north side of Church Street. (Chapter 9, Exhibit <br />A, Section iV (7)) <br />6. The primary driveway for the platted property also appears to serve as a driveway to the <br />property immediately south. If this entrance is to remain in use by the property to the south, <br />please include an access easement on this plat. (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section iV (9)) <br />A motion to approve the preliminary plat with noted conditions was made by Michael Mosher, <br />seconded by Sims Norment. Motion carried 5-0. <br />14. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Jamar Estates Addition CB 170C, Lot <br />1, Block A, LCAD Property 100243, located at 2300 Block of Church Street. <br />Mack presented the item to commissioners with engineering recommendation to approve the <br />final plat with the following conditions: <br />1. Please address all preliminary plat comments and submit an updated/corrected preliminary <br />plat. Please also include all necessary changes/alterations on the final plat. (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, <br />Section V) <br />2. Please provide a reference for the 120' Church Street ROW and 50' drainage easement. <br />(Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section V (7)) <br />3. Assuming this lot is to be used for residential purposes, please include appropriate front, <br />side and rear yard setbacks. (Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section V (8)) <br />A motion to approve the final plat with noted conditions was made by Sims Norment, seconded <br />by Tylesha Ross -Mosley. Motion carried 5-0. <br />15. Request items for future agendas. <br />Mack advised that there will be training offered for the planning commission after the new <br />year. Commissioners responded that they would like this training outside of their regularly <br />scheduled P&Z meeting. <br />16.
