<br /> MINUTES OF THE PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BOARD <br /> November 22, 1993 <br /> <br /> The Paris Economic Development Corporation Board met in Special <br /> Session, Monday, November 22, 1993, 4:00 P. M., City Council Chambers, <br /> City Hall, Paris, Texas. City Manager Malone called the meeting to <br /> order with the following members present: Phillip R. Cecil, Eric <br /> Clifford, Barney Bray, III, Leon Williams, and Curtis Fendley. Also <br /> present was City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and City Clerk, Mattie <br /> Cunningham. <br /> <br /> City Manager announced that the first order of business would be <br /> electing officers for the Board, and called for nominations for <br /> President. <br /> <br /> Curtis Fendley nominated Phillip Cecil for President, the motion was <br /> seconded by Barney Bray, and carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br /> Phillip Cecil assumed the chair of President. <br /> <br /> President Cecil called for nominations for Vice President. <br /> <br /> A motion was made by Eric Clifford nominating Curtis Fendley as Vice <br /> President. The motion was seconded by Leon Williams, and carried 5 <br /> ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br /> Phillip Cecil called for nominations for Secretary/Treasurer for the <br /> Board. <br /> <br /> A motion was made by Curtis Fendley nominating Eric Clifford as <br /> Secretary/Treasurer. The motion was seconded by Barney Bray, and <br /> carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br /> <br />
