<br />=$550,484.73, Ms, RUthart advised the Board of ("onnnissioners that due to the lack of rent,
<br />payrnents, the P1 IA may have to consider cash ing in one of the Certificates ot'Dep osit. Two of
<br />the renew on December 20, 2022, and ifwc are going to do it now is the tulle. All agreed.
<br />Ms. Ruthart said that site would contact the bank and find Out if resolution was needed 01JUSt

<br />3. Nis, R.Uthart advised the Board that the pa ndlord meeflng held in September \vas a. ood
<br />mceting, Landlords (old and new) were able to discuss issues and ask questions of PHA
<br />eniployees and other landlords. Fwo nevv landlords and possibly more have requested to be put on
<br />our landlord list,
<br />4. AUdit was completed and given to the Board. No material weaknesses or, findings 17or FYE

<br />51. Exterior Painting BTW contract laid packet to go out next week,
<br />6, MS. RUthart gave the Board copies of complaints and the letter written to the complaining
<br />tenants (ii,) Jackson COU11 about neighborhood issues and tenants not getting along. Responses
<br />were all made by the tenants involved and said they would comply with advice from Ms. Rtithart
<br />and that they did not. Nvant to be evicted.
<br />7. Longevity bonuses for the employees Option 41 including the ExeCUtive Director was
<br />approved by the Board of Cornmissioners with a rnotion made by Mr, Smith and seconded by' Ms.
<br />Johnson, Passed 3-0.
