Fwo nevv landlords and possibly more have requested to be put on <br />our landlord list, <br />4. AUdit was completed and given to the Board. RUthart gave the Board copies of complaints and the letter written to the complaining <br />tenants (ii,) Jackson COU11 about neighborhood issues and tenants not getting along. Responses <br />were all made by the tenants involved and said they would comply with advice from Ms. Rtithart <br />and that they did not. Nvant to be evicted. <br />7. Longevity bonuses for the employees Option 41 including the ExeCUtive Director was <br />approved by the Board of Cornmissioners with a rnotion made by Mr, Smith and seconded by' Ms. <br />Johnson, Passed 3-0. <br />
