Regular Council Meeting <br />January 23, 2023 <br />Page 7 <br />explained the process and said North Star had completed their work. Mr. Path reported that the <br />three partners in this project would like to entertain contract with Dead Cat Media, a local firm, <br />to assist them with this branding manager role. He said they had the expertise, experience, and <br />knowledge they felt would give them success in rolling this new brand and marketing out to the <br />public. It was a consensus of the City Council for the City to engage the services of Dead Cat <br />Media to serve as a branding manager. Mr. Path said he would bring a contract to the Council at <br />their February 13th City Council meeting. <br />29. He explained the project was to replace aging sewer <br />infrastructure in the Northwest section of the City, specifically 30th and 31St N.W. and Graham, <br />and stretching north from Graham approximately 750 feet and then northwest to 28th N.W. for <br />another 1,250 feet. He said the current line consisted of an eight inch clay tile pipe and the plan <br />was to capsize to a 10 inch PVC pipe to better serve the area. Mr. Vine also said this year's <br />opening for grant funding provided for a total project scope of up to $500,000.00 in estimated <br />cost and of that amount the State portion was 85% with 15% being the local match, which was <br />$75,000.00. <br />A Motion to approve this item was made by Council Member Savage and seconded by <br />Council Member Knox.
