Receive Activity Report from Greg Kee regarding Wine Fest. Greg is scheduled to <br />approach restaurants to participate in the Wine Fest in April. Cheri has 4 applications <br />from wineries with 2 more on the way. There are 7 confirmed locations, 1 on the way, 2 <br />more locations are needed. Need sponsorship for the lanyards and 2 banks to do $550 <br />sponsorships. Wine glasses and bags are sponsored. Discussed next year extending the <br />hours of the wine fest. <br />Receive Activity Report on Mini Golf. March 18th 11 — 5 p.m. Chelsea Michael, PDA <br />President, is coordinating a beer crawl for the same day. Lisa Archer, PDA Secretary, is <br />coordinating businesses to host a golf hole. Cheri has the trophy that is awarded for Best <br />Green. Score card is $5, under 1.3 play free. Glee is working on getting golf clubs and <br />balls. <br />Receive report from Andrew Mack regarding Farmer's Market Restroom. Farmer's <br />Market restroom build received one bid and will go before the January 23rd City Council <br />meeting for approval. <br />Receive Main Street Coordinator's Report from Cheri Bedford. Farmer's Market — the <br />ordinances need to be updated. Will use new platform "JotForm" to accept applications. <br />The Signup Genius information a.° !�� ; �(a ; au ,��; � ti� ,�� PW ; Paris1916! Needs <br />someone to set up volunteer events in signup genius. Attending a Conference Jan 27 <br />This Thursday changes in road striping will begin on Clarksville in front of the 1phone <br />store. Downtown Traffic study conclusion — stop signs will not be allowed. Moving <br />forward will focus on promoting safety. The key goal is to slow down traffic. The Toole <br />Design Plan recommends two way traffic. Chad Lindsey and Glee Emmite will serve on <br />a task force to study downtown traffic. <br />Discussion on how to best promote events. Visit Paris Texas is managed by Deadcat <br />Media for the Chamber of Commerce. Visitparistx — is managed by a private citizen and <br />focuses on downtown. The Downtown Paris Texas Facebook Page violated FB policies <br />in the past so events can be created but can't be boosted. <br />5. Future Agenda Items: Work Plan <br />6.
