Board Member's Name - In Attendance Not in Attendance Ms. Susan Bellene X Ms. Susan Davis X Dr. Amy Hughes X Dr. Myers Hurt III X Ms. Mitzie Pirtle X Dr. Russell Putnam X Dr. Ross Williams resigned Others in Attendance were - Gina Prestridge, Executive Director X Cheryl King, Administrative Assistant X Dr. Putnam called the meeting to order in open session at 5:30 p.m. Dr. Myers Hurt, III, made a motion and was seconded by Ms. Bellene to convene into open session. Motion carried. 5 yays, 0 nays. Dr. Hurt made a motion and was seconded by Susan Davis to approve prior meetings minutes. Motion carried. 5 yays, 0 nays. Mrs. Prestridge advised the board that we are still searching and requesting for a dentist to fill the vacancy of Dr. Ross Williams. Applications are available in the Health Department office and the www.parislamarhealth.com website. Mrs. Prestridge advised the board that she plans to have a meeting with EMT and PRMC to re -visit any game plans in case of a deadly disease outbreak in Lamar County. Mrs. Prestridge advised the board that the Paris -Lamar County Health District is now a high-risk audit for the first time in 12 years since the current auditor, J.
