Clean Air Regulations. Mr. <br /> Vest said that nothing is final at this time, but the most recent written proposal <br /> out of T.N.R.C.C. is that they have four counties plus four more counties in the <br /> non-attainment area which does not include Lamar County. He said that this <br /> proposal is not final.
