Amend Article 710.15, General, Subsection CA), Supply Output, to read as follows: <br />710.15 General. [Existing text unchanged.] <br />(A) SuIply Output. <br />Power supply to premises wiring systems fed by stand-alone or isolated microgrid <br />power sources shall have adequate capacity to meet the calculated load in <br />accordance with Article 220. <br />[The remainder of the section, up through and including Subsection (G), remains <br />unchanged. <br />� 4.02.213 Repair of dangerous equipment and installations: disconnection of service. <br />(a) When any electrical equipment is found by the electrical inspector to be dangerous to <br />persons or property because it is defective or improperly installed, the person owning <br />the electrical equipment shall be notified, in writing, and shall have any changes or <br />repairs made, as required by the electrical inspector, which will place such equipment <br />in safe condition. If such work is not completed within the period specified by the <br />inspector in the notice, the inspector shall have the authority to disconnect or order the <br />disconnection of electric service to the dangerous equipment. <br />(b) If, in the judgment of the electrical inspector after inspection, any electrical installation <br />is unsafe or dangerous to persons or property, the inspector shall have the power to <br />cause such electrical installation to be disconnected from the source of electrical energy <br />supplying the same, in which event he shall notify Oncor of such action. Thereafter. it <br />shall be unlawful for any person to cause or permit electric current to be supplied to <br />such electrical installation until the same has been made safe and the electrical <br />inspector has issued a certificate of approval to that effect. <br />§ 4.02.214 Penalty. Persons who shall violate a provision of this code, fail to comply with <br />any of the requirements thereof or erect, install, alter or repair work in violation of the <br />approved construction documents or directive of the code official, or of a permit or certificate <br />issued under the provisions of this code, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a <br />fine of not more than $2.000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the <br />provisions of this code shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. A violation of this <br />code is a strict liability offense. <br />§ 4.02.215 through § 4.02.229. (Reserved)" <br />Section 8.
