.580 , <br /> <br /> PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2000-007 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE PARIS <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ESTABLISHING THE <br /> MONTHLY MEETING SCHEDULE; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND <br /> PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in keeping with Section 5.02 of the Bylaws of the Paris Economic <br /> Development Corporation, the President is obligated to, at the beginning of his term, set the <br /> regular meeting dates and times for the upcoming year; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> CORPORATION: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the monthly meetings of the Paris Economic Development Corporation <br />be, and the same are hereby, set for 4:00 o'clock p.m. on the following dates: August 16, 2000, <br />September 13, 2000, October 11, 2000, November 15, 2000, December 13, 2000, January 10, <br />2001, February 14, 2001, March 14, 2001, April 11, 2001, May 16, 2001, June 13, 2001, and <br />July 25, 2001. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
