581 <br /> <br />__ President Rhodes stated that the next item on the agenda was consideration of <br /> and action on appointing an auditor to conduct the independent Annual Audit for <br /> the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000. <br /> <br /> Boardmember Don Wall made a motion seconded by Boardmember Melba Harris <br /> that the Paris Economic Development Corporation use the same auditor that the <br /> City of Paris selects to conduct the City of Paris independent Annual Audit for the <br /> fiscal year ending September 30, 2000.
