Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting <br />April 03, 2023 <br />Page 3 <br />A Motion to approve this item with noted conditions was made by Board Member Michael <br />Mosher and seconded by Board Member Tylesha Ross -Mosley. Motion carried, 4 ayes — 0 <br />nays. <br />Board Member Sims Norment arrived at 5:35p.m. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Replat of the Gibbons and Braden Addition, Lots <br />4&5, Block 5, LCAD 11558, located at 1244 SE 14th Street. <br />Todd Mittge states the engineering staff recommends approval with the following noted <br />conditions: <br />1. The signature block shall be updated to reflect what is listed in the subdivision <br />ordinance for a final plat (Chapter 9A, Section V, (14)) <br />2. The zoning is incorrectly listed and shall be updated or removed as indicating the zoning <br />is not required on a re/final plat (Chapter 9A, Section IV, (10)) <br />A Motion to approve this item with noted conditions was made by Board Member Michael <br />Mosher and seconded by Board Member Chance Abbott. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />9. Consideration of and action on amending the approval conditions for the Replat of the Park <br />Place Shopping Center Unit One Addition, Lots 3A, 3B and 3C, LCAD 18578, located at <br />3064 Clarksville Street. <br />Todd Mittge states the engineering staff recommends the Commission approve the listed <br />changes to the following noted conditions: <br />1. ' <br />Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section V (8). a. The City Staff is requesting that this approval condition be <br />amended to say that a solution concerning the loading ramp shall be resolved via the site plan in a <br />way that is satisfactory to the Fire Marshall. <br />2. The called 35' wide emergency access easement running east/west on the north side of the existing <br />building should be 30' wide. This is based on the existing parking striping and a measured width of only <br />30' between the parking spaces. Chapter 9, Exhibit A, Section V (8). <br />
