Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting <br />April 03, 2023 <br />Page 3 <br />Andrew Mack, City Planner states that the applicant requested to table this item in order to <br />submit a request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment of the future land use map to High <br />Density Residential. Mack states recommends continuing the public hearing until the June <br />5, 2023 P&Z meeting. <br />A Motion to table this item until the June 5, 2023 P&Z meeting was made by Board Member <br />Francine Neeley and seconded by Board Member Austin Anthony. Motion carried, 5 ayes <br />— 0 nays. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the CAL MAH Addition CB 160, <br />Lot 1, Block A, LCAD Property 16629, located at 1126 SE 5th Street. <br />Todd Mittge states the owner Cheri Bedford has requested to separate this lot for the <br />purpose if building a single family home. Engineering staff recommends approval of <br />the preliminary and final plat. <br />A Motion to approve this item was made by Board Member Francine Neeley and <br />seconded by Board Member Austin Anthony. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the CAL MAH Addition CB 160, Lot 1, <br />Block A, LCAD Property 16629, located at 1126 SE 5'" Street. <br />Todd Mittge states the engineering staff recommends approval of the final plat. <br />A Motion to approve this item with noted conditions was made by Board Member Austin <br />Anthony and seconded by Board Member Tylesha Ross -Mosley.
