Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Mike Clark/Springlake <br />Baptist Church for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Office (0) to High Density <br />Residential (HDR) in the City of Paris, Block 311, Part of Lot 11 (6.9 acres), located at 3500 <br />Clarksville Street, LCAD 102295. <br />Mack states this area is well suited for new additional multi -family development. Both sides <br />of the church are of a higher density residential land use. This development will serve the <br />community immediate and long term housing goals. Mack recommends approval of the <br />amendment. <br />The public hearing was declared open.
