Conduct a public hearing and take action regarding the petition of Mike Clark/Springlake Baptist Church for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Office (0) to High Density Residential (HDR) in the City of Paris, Block 311, Part of Lot 11 (6.9 acres), located at 3500 Clarksville Street, LCAD 102295. Mack states this area is well suited for new additional multi -family development. Both sides of the church are of a higher density residential land use. This development will serve the community immediate and long term housing goals. Mack recommends approval of the amendment. The public hearing was declared open. With none speaking the public hearing was declared closed. A Motion to approve this item was made by Board Member Francine Neeley and seconded by Board Member Tylesha Ross -Mosley. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays.
