The preliminary plat is for the 84 <br />initial lots they will be building. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Rodriguez 98 Addition, Lot 1, <br />Block A, Part of LCAD Property 15469, located in the 400 Block of W. Henderson Street, <br />Todd Mittge states engineering is recommending approval with the four conditions shown. <br />A Motion to approve this item with noted conditions was made by Board Member Francine <br />Neeley and seconded by Board Member Adam Bolton. Motion carried, 6 ayes — 0 nays. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the RentOne Subdivision, Lots 1 & <br />2, Block A, LCAD 128379, located in the 1300 Block of NW Loop 286. <br />Todd Mittge states the owner has submitted this preliminary plat to establish a building site <br />for storage units on 19.4 acres. Mittge states that the Engineering Department is <br />recommending denial because of the nature and quantity of insurmountable deficiencies. <br />This is the third phase of expansion of this development and some of the major issues with <br />the state of this plat we don't feel comfortable moving this forward before addressing these <br />issues. Mittge cited the listed preliminary plat deficiencies and states the final plat is next <br />on the agenda for consideration and it has most of the same deficiencies and some <br />additional comments. Mittge points out on the map where part of the phase two of this <br />development was approved with conditions on its plat and those conditions have yet to be <br />addressed and now the owner is seeking to go to phase three. <br />A Motion to deny this item was made by Board Member Chad Lindsey and seconded by <br />Board Member Robert Spain and Francine Neeley. In opposition are Clifton Fendley, <br />Chance Abbott and Adam Bolton, The Motion failed, 3 ayes — 3 nays. <br />
