Name of the owner shall be spelled correctly. <br />2. Engineering staff recommends approval with the following <br />noted conditions: <br />1. All necessary dimensions ... survey information necessary to reproduce the <br />plat on the ground shall be shown. <br />Chapter 9A, V Final Plat, (9): <br />a. Metes and bounds description from Point of Beginning (POB) shall <br />be shown consistent with drafted bearings and distances throughout <br />described parcel (s). <br />
