Call meeting to Order — The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Commissioner <br />Matthews at 4:00 pm. <br />2. Citizens Forum — No one came forth to speak at the Citizen's Forum <br />3. The Commission convened into executive session at 4:15 pm. <br />4. The Commission reconvened into regular session at 4:22 pm <br />5. Discussion and action on the following applications for the property located at 1032 <br />Church Street, Randy Hider. <br />
