Garver will facilitate one (1) virtual workshop to provide updates on Garver -led tasks and <br />any regulatory developments and receive status updates on City -led tasks. <br />Deliverables: Review comments. <br />Ill. Scope of Additional Services <br />The following scope of work describes additional services that Garver can provide if requested, <br />depending on the results of the lead service line replacement plan. <br />A. Task V — Budgeting for LCRR and LCRI Costs (Optional) <br />1. Garver will assist the City in identifying items related to LCRR, and, if available, LCRI <br />compliance that should be included in the City's operating budget. <br />2. Garver will review the City's proposed LCRR/LCRI budget and provide comments. <br />3. Garver will facilitate one (1) virtual workshop to provide updates on Garver -led tasks <br />and any regulatory developments and receive status updates on City -led tasks. <br />Deliverables: List of proposed budget items, review comments on proposed budget. <br />B. Task VI — Funding Assistance (Optional) <br />1. Garver will assist the City in identifying grants and loans available for projects associated <br />with the LCRR, such as lead service line replacement projects or addressing lead in <br />schools and licensed child-care facilities. <br />2. Garver will prepare a data request document for information needed to complete project <br />information forms (PIFs) and submit to the City, including: <br />a. System maps <br />b. Reports <br />c. Data <br />d. Budget -level cost estimates <br />e. Project information <br />3. Garver will coordinate with the City and the funding agency (e.g., the Texas Water <br />Development Board, TWDB) as necessary. Garver will send the draft PIF to the City for <br />review before submitting to the funding agency. <br />4. Garver will facilitate one (1) virtual workshop to provide updates on Garver -led tasks and <br />any regulatory developments and receive status updates on City -led tasks. <br />Deliverables: Data request, draft and final PIF. <br />C. Task VII — Review of Communications Materials (Optional) <br />1. Garver will review the City's existing communications materials related to LCR <br />compliance and identify updates or additional materials needed for LCRR, and, if <br />available, LCRI compliance. <br />2. Garver will review communications materials developed by the City or the City's outside <br />8 Version 1 <br />Paris Lead and Copper Rule Assistance Garver Project No. 2302035 <br />
