Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Habitat 69-B Addition, Lot 1, Block <br />A, LCAD 14651, located at 448 NE 10th St. <br />Mittge states that the applicant has submitted a final plat in order to establish a legal <br />building site for a single-family residence.
