4. Discussed Fair Housing complaint determination received fi-om HUD — no reasonable <br />t cause was exists for the complaint and complaint was dismissed. <br />5. Meeting with Lawyers: Summer Greathouse, Harry Olinger and Atkins Roberts to <br />discuss the Memorandum of Understanding proposed to the Paris Housing Authority <br />by the Javelin Group and Rea Ventures Group for partnership on the Celebration <br />Paris Project. <br />6. Discussion of the MOU - A Motion was made to move forward by signing in <br />agreement with the proposed MOU. This motion was made by Board Member <br />Derrick Henry and seconded by Board Member Steve Smith, Motion carried, 5 ayes <br />— 0 nays. <br />7. RESOLUTIONS: <br />RESCIND 2023-008 A&O POLICY <br />RESCIND 2023-009 ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY <br />RESCIND 2023-010 PUBLIC HOUSING LEASE <br />A Motion was made by Board Member TK Haynes and seconded by Board Member <br />Steve Smith to Rescind Resolutions 2023-008, 2023-009, & 2023-010. Resolutions had <br />to be rescinded due to HUD changing the compliance date of HOTMA. Motion carried, 5 <br />ayes — 0 nays. <br />2023-011 PUBLIC HOUSING LEASE <br />A Motion was made by Board Member Steve Smith and seconded by Board Member <br />Derrick Hill to approved changes to the Public Housing Lease. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 <br />nays. <br />8. There being no further business, A Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Steve <br />Smith and seconded by Board Member TK Haynes.
