6. Review final projects and act on incentives requests for property HD-1 located at 834 1' SW <br />Mauricio Negrete. <br />Mr. Negrete appeared before the commission to answer any questions. Ms. Bedford <br />confirmed the thresholds for expenditures were met for both the fagade grant and the Tax <br />Exemption. <br />A. Fagade grant reimbursement for $2000 <br />A motion was made to approve the faVade grant by commissioner Holtman, seconded <br />by Commissioner Coyle, motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />B. Verification of Construction - Tax Exemption for the Rehabilitation of a Historic <br />Structure. <br />A motion was made to approve the Tax Exemption for the Rehabilitation of a Historic <br />Structure by commissioner Holtman, seconded by Commissioner Coyle, motion <br />carried 5 ayes, 0 nays <br />7. —CONSENT AGENDA— <br />[Items appearing on this consent agenda may be approved by a single vote of the <br />Commission, with such approval applicable to all items appearing on said agenda.
