1. Occupancy Report: waiting list and vacancy information on Public Housing and <br />Section 8 Vouchers. 14 vacancies in Public Housing and 295 vouchers utilized with 1 <br />Vouchers issued and looking as of March 14, 2024. <br />2. Financial Information was given to the Board of Commissioners. <br />3. Discussed the Solar Eclipse and the information we felt necessary to report to the <br />residents through a flyer placed on the door of each unit. <br />4. Discussed Board of Commissioners terms and applications for reappointment <br />5. Discussed CD Rates for possibly purchasing with Section 8 funds. Tabled to get <br />further information from multiple banks <br />6. Copy of the Executive Director Job Description was presented Tabled with requests <br />from the board for the ED to review for accuracy. <br />7. Discussed the RAM Foundation grant application for playground upgrades. <br />8. Discussed the status of the Emergency Safety and Security Grant. <br />8. The PHA Bylaws that were updated November 18, 2015 were presented for discussion - <br />Tabled to get further information. <br />9.
