Building and Standards Meeting <br />March 18, 2024 <br />Page 3 <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo or removal of camper <br />within 30 days, remove junk and rubbish within 30 days or city has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Reeves Hayter, seconded by Ken Kohls, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />E. 2667 Graham; Sperry's Yd Block 2, Lot N PT 15 <br />Owner: Marty Joe & Vickie Young; 520 S Bois'd Ace, Blossom, TX 75416 <br />Robert Talley reported that there has been no contact with the property owner. The <br />structure is unsecure. The porch is detaching from the main structure. There is severe <br />water damage to the ceiling which has fallen in some spots on the interior. There are <br />tires and a trailer/truck bed on the property filled with junk and rubbish. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, removal <br />of junk and rubbish within 30 days, or city has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Brandon Kearney, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />F. 885 NW 271, Sperry's Pt Block 1, Lot 1 & N'h of 4 <br />Owner: Lili Vilcatoma; 7633 Bearden Lane, Dallas, TX 75227 <br />Robert Talley stated that there has been no contact with the property owner. There <br />is junk and rubbish on entire property. The structure is sinking due to foundation <br />damage. There is severe water damage on the interior. There is a collapsed shed in <br />the back yard and another shed on the back of the property past the fence. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo house, collapsed shed, <br />and secondary shed within 30 days, removal of junk and rubbish within 30 days, or city <br />has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Reeves Hayter, seconded by Kim Walker, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />
